Just make sure to send us a photo of the damage for proof!

⚠️ Important: Abuse of this policy, such as repeated claims or intentional misuse, will result in cancellation of your warranty. This policy exists to give you peace of mind about the quality of your purchase, not for excessive or unjustified claims.

 

What’s NOT covered:

• Damage caused by improper storage (e.g., tangled necklaces).
• Lost items.
• Claims like "it’s not working for me" (e.g., dissatisfaction unrelated to quality).
• Exposure to chemicals such as cleaning agents, perfumes, or lotions.
• Intentional damage or neglect.
