THE SPELL  - Manifest your dream body✨
With this spell, you can manifest bigger 🍒, bigger 🍑, or to be more in shape.

To manifest bigger 🍒 or 🍑: write on the piece of paper "I have big 🍒/🍑, it feels heavy to have so big 🍒🍑, I will need to purchase some new outfits!"

To manifest your dream and fit body, write : "I lost 20 pounds and I am getting rid of it everyday. I feel so much lighter, even my outfits are too large now."


Instructions 
  1. Place a candle in a candle holder or a fireproof bowl prior to lighting it up.
  2. Write your desired intention (see above) on a small piece of paper and burn it into the flame, then let it consume into the bowl.
  3. As you are lighting the candle, use a self love affirmation from our ebook (you don't need to use one if you don't want to)
  4. Let the candle burn completely
  5. Once the candle is completely burned, the spell is complete
  6. You can repeat the spell in 2 weeks with the second candle, if needed.
